RESEARCH & EDUCATIONAL SAFE-HARBOR NOTICE:
VialCalc is strictly a mathematical calculation tool for laboratory reconstitution ratios, fluid volume conversions, and graduated unit scale tick-mark alignment. VialCalc does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical dosing instructions. Users must verify all calculations independently against relevant laboratory protocols.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VialCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Purpose of the Software
VialCalc is provided solely for educational, laboratory, and scientific reference purposes. The mathematical outputs (such as dilution volumes, unit markings, and simulated half-life decay curves) are theoretical computations based on user-supplied numbers.
3. In-App Purchases & Licensing
VialCalc offers optional Lifetime Pro in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store. All transactions are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's standard refund policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rahat Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this software.
